Susumi

Susumi

Overview of Susumi Services

The Service has three components: (a) Susumi Coins; (b) Susumi Smart Agreement; © Susumi’s wallet. The service uses all three components to allow users to collect cryptocurrency tokens such as stablecoins (such as BUSD and USDT) from other users’ contributions in exchange for SUSU coins.

Susumi Coin : Susumi Coin (or ‘SUSU’ Coin) is a cryptographic token created on the Binance Smart Blockchain network and running on the BEP20 protocol. Users must have SUSU coins in their Susumi wallet to access Susumi Smart Contracts to generate Susu Funds.

SUSU Price: The Susumi Smart Contract calculates the value at which Susumi Coin can be exchanged for a cryptographic token denominated in US dollars (also known as Stable Coin) and presents this value as the price of SUSU. The SUSU price is the effective exchange rate at the time the stablecoin is transferred to the Susu fund on the Susumi platform. Users will receive SUSU Coins equivalent to a fixed amount of Coins donated to the Susu Foundation at the Susu price regardless of the published price or any other SUSU Coin exchange offer outside the Susumi platform.

Susumi Smart Contract:

The Susumi Smart Contract is a computer program implemented on the Binance Smart Blockchain Network that automatically and independently activates the terms of the Susumi Crowdfunding or “Susu Fund” application.

Susu Fund: The Susu Foundation is a user-generated crowdfunding campaign that collects Stablecoin contributions from other users of the Susumi platform. Platform users can create a Susu Fund and activate it by depositing an amount of SUSU Coins, as determined by the application, into a Susumi Smart Contract. Users who are not Susu fund creators can donate stablecoins once for each Susu fund on the platform. SUSU funds deposited to create a Susu Fund and contributions to a Susu Fund are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn until the maturity or expiry of the Susu Fund in which they are deposited.

Susu Value: Susu Value is the total value of stablecoin donations in US dollars that the Crowdfunding campaign wants to receive. The value of Susu is limited by minimum and maximum thresholds depending on the user’s access level on the platform.

Susu Slots: By default, each Susu fund is divided into a fixed number of positions, each of which receives the same amount of contribution. The number of positions in the Susu fund is reserved by the Susumi Smart Contract. The number of Slots per Susu Fund may be changed by the User depending on the User’s access level on the Platform.

Fund Maturity: Each Susu team has an initial period of thirty (30) days during which Susu value must be achieved through donations or platform deactivation. The Mature Susu Fund has achieved Susu value through contributions over its maturity. When the Fund matures, the Fund’s creator can claim and withdraw all stablecoins donated to the Fund. A fund that does not reach the SUSU value within the maturity period may be canceled by the fund creator by withdrawing the amount SUSU deposited to activate the Fund. In addition, the Fund Creator may choose not to withdraw the SUSU Coins but restore the Fund no later than 24 hours after the initial maturity of the Fund. Donors may withdraw their contributions from the Fund at any time after the Maturity Period unless the Fund Creator restarts the Fund. The SUSU Coins deposited into the Smart Contract to activate the Susu coins cannot be recovered if the coins are due.

Susu Reward Tokens: When the Susu pool matures, all Susu position sponsors will immediately receive SUSU coins equal to the stable number of coins donated to the pool position at the Susu price at the time of donation. Reward Tokens are subject to a Vesting Period.

Vesting Period: The Reward Token issued to the sponsor’s account is frozen and inaccessible for a period of one hundred (100) days. This is the validity period. After the Eligibility Period, the Sponsor may claim the Reward Token. A sponsor can interrupt the eligibility period at any time simply by choosing to use the reward token as an activation deposit to create a new Susu pool.

Susu Levels: The Susu Fund is divided into three (3) levels: Basic; Business and community. Each level has parameters set by the Smart Contract that determine the structure of the Susu fund generated at that level. User access to each level is determined by the policies governing the platform.

Platform Fees: Susumi will charge a sponsorship fee that will be deducted as a percentage of the Susu value from each Susu maturity pool according to the Susu level:

Basic — 8.3%

Enterprise — 5.2%

Community — 2.1%

Susumi will also charge 100 SUSU to allow the user to change the number of Susu slots in the Susu pool if possible.

Network Fees: As a standard rule, blockchain networks like the Binance Smart Chain charge a fee for every transaction on the network. These network fees, also known as gas fees, are calculated and paid to the blockchain network, in this case, Binance. Gas fees are paid on Susumi using BNB tokens. The amount of gas fees paid per transaction is subject to change and is determined solely by the Binance network and Susumi has no say in calculating this amount and will not receive a portion of the gas fees. Users note that gas fees must be paid prior to initiating any transaction on Susumi. The user who initiated the transaction is responsible for paying the gas fee. User further confirms that they must have enough BNB tokens in their Wallet to pay Gas Fees and in case there is not enough BNB in Wallet to pay Gas Fees, transactions such as requesting or transferring tokens cannot start on Susumi.
